Veggie Dip Recipe

This delicious and easy veggie dip recipe is a real crowd pleaser.

Looking for easy healthy snacks? My sister created the party dip recipe and you can choose low fat ingredients for this veggie dip and add it to your healthy snack recipes. Keep this veggie dip on hand for your kids after school and they'll easily devour lots of healthy raw veggies.

Veggie Dip Recipe

1 package Club House Salads'n Dips Country Herb dip mix
1 small container sour cream 250 ml (can be low fat)
3 tbsp plain yogurt (can be low fat)
3 tbsp mayonnaise (can be low fat)
Juice of ½ lemon
1 clove garlic crushed
2 shalotts minced (optional)
¼ cup chopped fresh parsley
½ tsp Dijon mustard
A little bit of freshly ground pepper

Mix all ingredients together, let sit a few hours or overnight before serving.
